1. Fittings and Alterations
- Initial fittings and basic alterations are complimentary with every order.
- If something needs adjusting, let us know at your fitting and our team will guide you through the next steps.
2. Customized and Made-to-Order Garments
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
- If you have a concern about your garment, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide your name, the garment details, and your concern, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Garments
If your garment is damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
4. Processing Your Refund
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be issued using your original payment method or as store credit, as appropriate.
