By booking a fitting or ordering a garment from Dexrovia Regal Atelier, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
1. Bookings and Orders
- All bookings and orders, whether placed through our website, by phone, by email, or at the atelier, are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary, for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability, or pricing errors.
- Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Please make sure your contact details are accurate.
2. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on our website are starting prices.
- Nothing is paid online. You pay at the atelier when your order is confirmed. We accept cash, GCash, PayMaya, bank deposit (BPI/BDO), and credit/debit cards.
3. Fittings, Turnaround, and Collection
- Initial fittings and basic alterations are complimentary with every order.
- Standard turnaround is 10–21 days, depending on complexity. Rush orders are available on request.
- Finished garments are collected at our atelier in Sucat, Muntinlupa, unless another arrangement is agreed with you.
4. Your Own Fabric and Designs
We welcome custom requests and can work with your fabric or inspiration photos.
5. Alterations and Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy for information on alterations, concerns, and refunds.
6. Service Information
- We strive to ensure that all service descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations may occur.
